Annotations

Sirkeli Höyük have been inhabited from Chalcolithic times onwards (c. 5000 BC) and was settled during all periods of the Bronze Age (3000–1200 BC), the Iron Age (1200–300 BC) and the Hellenistic Period (300 BC–100 AD). Settlement was abandoned at the end of the Hellenistic period or at the beginning of Roman rule over Cilicia.
