On the right bank of the stream "Nabaa Laban" which joins the river Nahr el Kalb. The dedication to Atargatis comes from an inscription of the 2nd century A.D. A Christian basilica on the north wall was removed in 1961/21. Taylor notes a basin sunk in the floor, which Aliquot points out was originally pagan, but was used as a font in the Christian basilica2.
