Buddhist Sacred Precinct, centered around a large stupa, built in Mauryan times. Active until the early 8th c. CE. Identified as the pilgrimage place of Dhumat ‘ala / T'olo in Oddiyana.

Saidu Sharif I (1 km)

Buddhist complex founded in the 1st c. CE, comprising stupas, viharas and columns. Excavated by D. Faccenna from 1963 to 1982.
