Giricano Mound located on the north bank of the Tigris River, 11 km southeast of the Bismil District of Diyarbakır Province. The hill, which overlooks the river, is 170 x 120 meters in size and 25 meters high. It is 3 km northwest of Ziyaret Tepe Mound and 2 km north of Hakemi Use. Chalcolithic period until Middle Assyrian times.
