Annotations

The stone Mor İliye church at  Çiftlikköy seems to be an Early Christian church. No inscription or document indicating the construction date of this church located in Mardin Çiftlik Village has been found. Next to the church, which has a rectangular plan, there are two rooms with low ceilings in a separate section. It is believed that this part is used in the treatment of mental and nervous diseases.
