Early and High Medieval town-size settlement (7 ha). Largely destroyed by cultivation, but remains of the probable square citadel (Zindan Tepe) and a western fortification wall. Studied by Arshavskaja & Rtveladze, and MAFOuz.
Afghan Tepe (Uz-SD-460)
Iron Age site (1 ha), though probable extended occupation span, probable citadel of Chimkurgan urban atea. visible on Corona imagery (1970), since destroyed by modern cultivation and urbanisation. Surveyed by MAFOuz.
