Probable ancient building. Located with satellite imagery.
Medieval Islamic settlement, probable eastern extension of Balkh city. Mentionned by Maitland and Yate (1888). Said locally to have been destroyed during the Mongol invasion.
Medieval Islamic (?) and Timurid (?) baked brick single-dome shrine. Part of what was once a large garden (bagh). Site information by J. Lee (2000).
