The Kingdom of Ebla (reign by king Kun-Damu) allied with the kingdoms of Nagar, and Kish, and the Ib'al  defed the Kingdom of Mari in Northeast Syria. The campaign was headed by the Eblaite vizier Ibbi-Sipish. His son Enzi-Malik was a governor of  occupied Armi.
