Annotations

The Sofraz Small Tumulus is one kilometer south of the Large ST and is hardly recognizable as a tumulus after excavation work. It belongs to the Commagene Kingdom. It is approximately 4 meters high. As the larger tumulus is entered from the south through a dromos consisting of steps cut into the rock. The vaulted burial chamber contains six burial niches, 3 on each side.
