İnanli Tepe in located in the northern part of the village of Inanly (Siverek/Şanlıurfa).  It covers an area of c. 15000m2 on two small low hills. The site was occupied during the Pre-Pottery Neolithic period. In the SE part of the site are visible; three well-preserved circular structures similar to those at Hamzan Tepe. B Celik points that, the dimesions of these structures are similar to the structures with terrazzo flooring discovered  at  Sanlıurfa-Yeni  Mahalle.
