The Early Byzantine Agca Magara Chapel consists of one  nave with apse where had beeen housed an altar. This Early Christian chapel was discovered in the vicinity of the village (ca 750 SW ) by K. Strobel and C. Gerber in 2001 in the now deserted rock-cut dwellings settlement.
