Hizan Hoyuk is located in Meydankapı village of Harran district.The mound  is 14 high and 150 m in diameter. During the field survey have been collected artifacts of Chalcolithic Period, Early Bronze Age, Iron Age and finds from the Roman and Byzantine periods.
