Tülintepe Höyük was the Halaf settlement and dates back to 5,000 BC, However extensive excavations could not be carried out in this layer because it was submerged in the groundwater, and it is represented by pottery finds. Only child burials were found in the Early Chalcolithic levels. One of them is the floor burial of a 3-4 month old baby.
