The Archive of Ammon Scholasticus named after its final keeper Aurelius Ammon scholasticus son of Peteharbeschinis (Petearbeschinis  contains a few hundred papyri that dates from AD 281 to 366. Currently collection divided between Cologne University; Duke; Firenze, Istituto Vitelli.
