Hassek Höyük before flooded by the Ataturk Dam lied between Yukari Tillakin Village and Asagi Tillakin Village of Siverek District of Urfa. Site of the mound was inhabieted in the Late Chalcolithic Age and EBA; at Hassek Höyük. The later levels after the site was deserted  because of the earthquake destruction (Levels 4-1) date to the EBA I / II .
