Hypogeum of San Salvatore is a prehistoric underground sanctuary - a hypogeum. On the lastered walls are still visible pagan images : Venus, Mars, Pegasus, Persephone, Nymphs, Hercules fighting the Nemean lion and some other. There are Christian symbols as peacock or fish.
