Grotta Mangiapane is the largest of nine Scurati Caves in Custonaci in the province of Trapani on Sicily. Mangiapane cave is ca  70 meters high, 13 wide and 50 deep. It has been settled as early as 20,000 years ago ( Upper Paleolithic / Late Stone Age). Among many prehistoric remains, thers were found teeth and bones of animals, flint and obsidian tools. There were still preserved cave paintings , curently in Paris.
