Annotations

Ariassos (Άριασσός) or Ariassus (Lat.) was a town in Asia Minor built on a steep hillside. The town was founded in the III century BC. The site mistakenly described and illustrated as Kretopolis by Karol Lanckoroński in his Städte Pamphyliens und Pisidiens.
