The sculpture of Cybele sitting on her throne placed in a rectangular naiskos dates to the time of Mithridates, king of Pontus and Armenia Minor in northern Anatolia from 120 to 63 BC. In Anatolian mythology Kybele, Phrygian: Matar Kubileya/Kubeleya "Kubeleyan Mother was the personification of earth.
