Annotations

The acropolis of the ancient Bybassos is located on the Hisar Tepe which lies between Hisarönü village - formerly known as Erine or Rina1- and the sea. It's ruins have been investigated through an archaeological survey under direction of the german archaeologist Winfried Held2.
