Annotations

The first way station south of Rome on the Via Appia. The site was proven in the 90's but neglected.  Plans for an archaeological park are seemingly not progessing.  It is referenced in Acts as a stoppint point of St. Paul. A segment of the road to Antium was visible along with structurual foundations, but they have been covered again.
