Aliquot1 reports two inscrtiptions in Fatqa, as follows:-

In the year 14 of Nerva Trajan Caesar Augustus Germanicus son of Augustus [110 A.D.], Diogenes son of Aspasius son of Diogenes built the precinct of the temple and the lead of the terrace, for the sake of piety.

IGR 1066

In the year 1 of the Caesars Marcus Antoninus and Geta [211/212 A.D.], I raised up [...] for the sake of my daughter Heraïs and all her family.

Renan suggests "[τὸν ναὸν καὶ τοὺς βωμοὺς]" in the gap above, in which case the reading would be, "I erected the temple and its altars".
