Temple at Monastery of St George, Yahchouch, Jabal Moussa

19th century monastery built partially with blocks from a (Roman era?) sanctuary.  Aliquot places this at the summit of Jabal Moussa, but in fact the monastery (Mar Jerios or St George) is at a height of 927m. and is marked by a very large electric cross known as the "cross of Yahchouch"¹.
