The Roman monument located in the village of Fasıllar (near the Hittite quarry), in the Beyşehir district of the province of Konya is a cut into the rock relief. It is locally called Atlıkaya- Rock of the Horsman. It was made for some Lucianus a successful horse-sportsman who died young. according to Greek inscription. The monument dates back to the Roman Imperial period.
