Origin of tthe Oluz Höyük settlement dates back to 4500 BC. Early Bronze Age level dates to the fourth millennium yielded stone pieces of casting mold, spindle whorls and hand-shaped pottery pieces. Oluz Höyük iwas also an important Hittite settlement that prooved stone seal, bronze sickle, baked clay loom weight and pottery dates to the XV-XIII centuries BC..
