It displays Storm-God wearing a horned hat and short tunic and is signed with a hieroglyphic luwian inscription to the right of the figure. the inscription is as follow : (DEUS)TONITRUS TONITRUS(URBS), “Storm-God of the city of Tarhuntassa(?)”
