Megaron  labeled as House No. 102 in archeological  literature was erected during the Ib phaese at Troy. The building consists of a portico at the entrance and a big room with one fireplace in the middle and the other at the east wall. The bones of different animals and remains of shellfish prove that food was cooked and eat in here. The small platform agaisnst the walls served as a table. Benches in the room could serve as beds. Walls were constructed in a herringbone pattern1.
