The Walled Obelisk or Masonry Obelisk or  Constantine Obelisk (Turkish: Örme Dikilitaş) is a Roman monument in the form of an obelisk in the southern side of the Hippodrome of Constantinople. It is named after the Emperor Constantine Porphyroenitus who had it repaired ca 950 AD. It was probably dedicated to the Sol Invictus, the official sun god of the late Roman Empire and a patron of soldiers.
