The small archaic temple of the goddess, marble built in the VI century BC. at Flerio on Naxos. The sanctuary dedicated to the female deity of the fertility of the earth, and to the twin brothers Otus and Ephialtes was erected at water spring near Flerio. The cult began in there around 800 BC. It was a place of worship of the quarrymen who worked in neighboring quarries.
