The Victory Stele of Naram-Sin reign c. 2254  BC – 2218  BC , Akkadian king (teign Victory Stele of Naram-Sin} from Sippar to Susa as a war prize in the XII century BC. Stele porttrayed King Naram-Sin defeating the Lullibi, a tribe in the Zagros Mountains.
