Fraktin (Fıraktın) rock relief depicts two groups of figures engaged in religious rite. Luwian hieroglyphic labels identify all protagonists: Weather god, "Great King Hattusili" - Hattušili III, Sun goddess Hebat, and wife of Hattušili III, "Great Queen Puduhepa". Hattusilis III reign: c. 1267 – 1237 BC
