Die Via Postumia war eine Römerstraße in Italien, die von Genua nach Aquileia über eine Länge von rund 300 römischen Meilen, das sind rund 450 Kilometer, führte.
Ihre Anlage wurde im Jahr 148 v. Chr. im Auftrag des Konsuls Spurius Postumius Albinus Magnus begonnen. Sie führte von Genua nach Norden über die Apenninen bis Dertona (Tortona), von dort nach Piacenza, Cremona, Verona, Vicetia (Vicenza) nach Aquileia.
