Substantial Roman temple at Qsarnaba1. The temple has six Corinthian order columns and opens to the east on the hilltop. An altar is partly cut from the bedrock. Like several other temples around, (e.g. the nymphaeum at Ain Houchbai), this one has an inscription in Latin (giving the name of a priest or donor, Nonianus, whose statue is visible).Full details and references are supplied by Aliquot2. Livius also supplies good information and photographs3.
