Pir-i Kamal Al-Din (BALL-2175)

Tepe Zargaran

Also known as Shahr-i Hinduan (BALL-1043). Achaemenid settlement, later incorporated into medieval Balkh city walls. Mentionned by Maitland and Yate (1888). Outskirts partially destroyed in recent times, but visible on CORONA imagery.
