Çavdarlı Kovalık Höyük located adjacent to the road, about 2 km north of Çavdarlı village, south of the Afyonkarahisar-Konya old road was according to archeologist Mahmut Akok a place of  storage of votive stelae and statues date back to the III and IV centuries removed by the temple priests in the IV century to be saved from the iconoclasts that increased during the spread of Christianity. They were buried in this simple village of the 16th century.  This deposit consists of 36 votive statuettes, 13 statue fragments, 9 votive stele, 2 votive altars, 2 busts, 6 statue heads, and 3 animal-headed table legs. Among them  are 12 Apollos, 10 Nikes, 3 Men, 2 Zeus, 2 Cybele, 2 Artemis, 2 Eros, 1 Asklepios, 1 Asklepios-Hygea couple, 1 Leto, 1 Herakles, 1 God-King Midas and There is a statuette of Kazmenia. Currently these artefacts are in Afyonhisar Museum.
