The Tablet of Akaptaḫa, recording a gift of land by Babylonian king, Kaštiliašu IV ( ca. 1232–1225 BC) was discovered at Susa. The inscription records a gift of land by  Kaštiliašu IV to Akaptaḫa who seems to have been one of the political refugees from Assyria’s vassal Ḫanigalbat in grateful recognition of his service in an earlier war against Assyrians.
