İnkaya Cave is a cave located on the eastern slope of Kocadağ, within the borders of Yelki Mahallesi, Güzelbahçe district, İzmir province.

The narrow entrance facing the east and leads into a large hall with rooms around . It was used as a ritual site from 3000 BC until the Roman times continuously. Niches, votive vessels and human skeletons were found in the hall and other areas of the cave.
