Pillitokome (İnsuyu) was a town of ancient Lycaonia, inhabited in Roman times. It is located west of Cİhanbeyli. in Konya Province. The A tomb inscription was found in here, recorded a citizen named Aurelius Epagathos, who appears to have been an emperor's freedman-libertus.He was most likely the freedman of Emperor Marcus Aurelius.
