
The base of the Trophée de Pompée at Summum Pyrenaeum. The monument was a triumphal arch. The base on the ground was a square of 35 m crossed by the Viae Domitia and Augusta. On top it had a statue of Pompey, facing Hispania and decorated with the titles of the 876 conquests of the Roman general in this new province.
