
Tombstone of Carinus, also known as the Romana stone. A tombstone of a Roman citizen on display in St George's church, Fordington, Dorchester, England. It was discovered when the floor of the church porch was lowered in 1907/8. The Latin inscription reads: "CARINO CIVI ROM ANN L RUFINUS ET CARINA ET AVITA FILI EIUS ET ROMANA UXOR" .
